Training and Certification Program

The training and certification Reimbursement Program, supported by USAID KPEP has been established to support ICT firms in developing their human recourse capacities. The long-term goal of the program is to improve capacity of the ICT firms in Kosovo to meet the demand of the ICT sector and to increase the supply of ICT products and services.
Main Objectives of the project are:
- Enable ICT Sectors to increase revenue
- Increase number of employees in ICT Sector in Kosovo
The program also intends to increase the number of Kosovar ICT professionals with internationally-recognized certifications and also to increase employment and retention of ICT professionals in the Kosovar ICT sector.
Program Beneficiaries
Requirements for the Beneficiary:
- To be a citizen of Kosovo and to be nominated by the Employer that either employs or plans to employ the beneficiary
- The employer must be a private business registered in Kosovo
How does it work?
Upon completion of the training if the candidates are successfully certified (certified Via VUE or Prometric test centers, KPEP financed under the USAID will reimburse 40% of the payment.
For distinguished candidates that are successful during training and certification will benefit from Cacttus reimbursing 20% of the payment.
